Dama Ferguson, L.S.W., L.P.C., Administrator Dama became Hospice of Guernsey, Inc.'s Administrator in November 2001. For 12 years prior to becoming Administrator, she was a contracted Social Worker for Hospice. Dama earned her Bachelor's Degree and then her Master's Degree in Counseling. She came to hospice with 16 years experience as a Social Worker for Children Services and 11 years with the Health Department. |
Sandra Massullo-Schubert, M.D., Medical Director Dr. Schubert joined Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. as Medical Director in December 2008. Dr. Schubert graduated from Youngstown State University in 1987 and from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine/Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 1992. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She served her residency at the Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Schubert became interested in Hospice and Palliative Care as a result of referring her own patients for hospice care and working with Hospice directly on those patients' behalf. |
Lorraine Teague, R.N., C.H.P.N., Nursing Supervisor Lorraine joined Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. in September 1991. Her nursing background includes four years in Medical-Surgical prior to moving to Cambridge. After joining Hospice, Lorraine earned her Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. She is currently working on her B.S.N. Lorraine is our Clinical Supervisor. |
Carol Dobeck, R.N., C.H.P.N., Care Coordinator Prior to joining Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. in October 1995, Carol had worked in a long term care facility as a nurse for 2 years. After joining Hospice, Carol earned her Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. Carol is our Care Coordinator |
Kate Colson, R.N. Kate joined Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. in April 2009. She has 6 years' experience in Nursing. She worked in Medical-Surgical for two years and then in Emergency Medicine for four years. For two of the four years she was in Emergency Medicine, she was a traveling Emergency Nurse. |
Julie Earle, R.N. Julie joined Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. in January 2007. Prior to joining Hospice she had worked 3 years as an OB/GYN nurse, 6 years as a public health nurse, and 5 years at the James Cancer Unit at Genesis in Zanesville. |
Michele Hamilton, R.N., C.H.P.N. Michele has been a member of our Hospice team since October 1995. Immediately after graduation from Nurses' training, Michele worked in a Nursing Home for one year caring for patients. After joining Hospice, Michele continued her education and earned her Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care nurse. |
Gloria Knott, R.N. Gloria joined Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. in April 2006. She came to Hospice with 12 years' experience in Nursing. Gloria has worked in various facets of Nursing, including Nursing Home, Home Health, Parish Nurse and has gone on several Mission Trips, but her primary area of expertise prior to Hospice was NeoNatal Intensive Care. |
Diana Sicard, R.N., B.S.N. Diana joined Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. as an employee in September 2004. For 12 years prior to her employment, she was an active volunteer for hospice. Diana's nursing background includes Newborn Nursery, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Public Health Nursing, Nursing Home, Adult Medical-Surgical Nursing and the provision of In-Service Education. During the years she was busy raising her children, she maintained her nursing license and acted as a Lactation Advisor for LaLeche League. |
Nancy Wilson, R.N., C.H.P.N. Nancy became a member of Hospice of Guernsey, Inc.'s team in August 2005. She came to Hospice with 22 years' Nursing experience in Long Term Care. Nancy earned her Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse shortly before joining Hospice of Guernsey. |
