Moments of Life Art Contest

Kids – get your paint brushes ready and your pencils sharpened. It’s time to get creative and your efforts just might brighten someone’s day. Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. is excited to announce their Moments of Life Art Contest.

There are three divisions: Elementary, Middle and High School. Submitted artwork will be displayed in Southeastern Med’s lobby from April 13 to 24 for the public to view. The winner of each division will be chosen by a “People’s Choice” ballot. After the art show has completed, the art will be donated to hospice patients to brighten their day.

Artwork must be submitted by Friday, April 3, 2015 with a completed information form. Artwork should be created on a 22 x 28 inch piece of posterboard, foamboard, cardboard, or canvas. Students are encouraged to work as a class or in groups to complete the artwork, but solo submissions will be accepted as well.

Artwork can be dropped off at Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. located at 9711 East Pike Rd., Cambridge, OH 43725. Teachers or office staff can arrange a mass pick up from your school by contacting Jenna Conaway at 740-432-7440.
